Nothing wrong with using cheese as your protein. It just could get boring after awhile, although my mom, has made grilled cheese for lunch for herself every day for years, now. She loves it and never seems to get tired of it. She loves the variety of the great artisan breads that are available now. At least we know she's getting protein and calcium!
