This is called myokymia. It is an involutary twitching of the orbicularis muscle.
It is usually related to stress, lack of sleep and excessive caffeine intake.
Temporarily stop the caffeine by avoiding colas, caffeinated sodas, coffee, tea and chocolate.
Try to get the same sleep you are accustomed to and try to avoid stress ( hard to do).

I think everyone get this sometimes, its very common! maybe you are not getting enough sleep and are tired and stressed - if it happens very regularly and you are still concerned, go along and see what your doctor has to say - but don't worry too much as I am sure it will soon clear up!

Mine do that too. My eye doctor says lack of sleep can do that to you. If it is really bothering you I would get it looked at just to ease your mind.

Mine used to do that too, my doctor said that it was probably either lack of sleep, stress, or not drinking enough water.
