I have plain mustard, worchester sauce, garlic and other various spices.

I am planning on making some plain rice with it as well, what would be good to spice up the rice a bit?

mix mustard, Worcester sauce, garlic and whatever spice you would like, (l don't know what goes with pork, cause l can't eat most spices). brush on the chops and grill, serve with rice with broccoli or mushrooms or both, and applesauce

Pork chops and rice can make a nice casserole if you have the right ingrediants.

Take your pork chops and season them with salt, pepper, and garlic if you have it. Set aside for at least an hour. Instead of using water in your rice, use chicken broth if you have it, or pineapple juice if you have it, or add some boullian cubes to your water to flavor it. Cook according to package directions. Spread in baking dish. Brown chops before placing them on rice. Mix yellow mustard with cream of something soup, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tsp fresh ground pepper, and some grated parmesan if you have it. Pour this mixture over your chops and rice and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

I just made pork chops last night. I seasoned them with salt and pepper on one side, then garlic salt on the other, browned them, then put them in the oven at 350 in a covered dish for I think about 30 minutes or so. They were the best we've had in a long time. Very nice flavor and moist.

I also made white rice - very yummy.

You could add cooked mixed veges to the rice, or curry it. Add some Soy Sauce, or Worcestershire sauce when it has been served.
Fried Pineapple rings or Apple Sauce will go with the pork superbly.
