Trust me, that's how you can prove to yourself that he really does exist.

Willing to try?

I think this poem must be about another imaginary friend from a similar part of the world:

Romance

When I was but thirteen or so
I went into a golden land,
Chimborazo, Cotopaxi
Took me by the hand.

My father died, my brother too,
They passed like fleeting dreams,
I stood where Popocatapetl
In the sunlight gleams.

I dimly heard the master's voice
And boys far-off at play, ---
Chimborazo, Cotopaxi
Had stolen me away.

I walked in a great golden dream
To and fro from school ---
Shining Popocatapetl
The dusty streets did rule.

I walked home with a gold dark boy
And never a word I'd say,
Chimborazo, Cotopaxi
Had taken my speech away.

I gazed entranced upon his face
Fairer than any flower ---
O shining Popocatapetl
It was thy magic hour:

The houses, people, traffic seemed
Thin fading dreams by day;
Chimborazo, Cotopaxi,
They had stolen my soul away!

-- W. J. Turner

Why not? I believe he did/does exist. The early American (north/south/central) natives know/knew much more than we give them credit for. And Quetzalcoatl is the feathered-serpent not winged, thank you very much!

How could you deny that he exists? If you just look at the perfection all around you, you have all the proof you need. Where do you think you came from, if there's no Quetzalcoatl?

Maybe he exists, but maybe not in the form that the Mayans thought. Or maybe he does exist exactly as the Mayans thought he did.

You can never be sure. At least while you're alive.

I already believe he exists. I don't yet know enough about him to pray to him. I would not want to offend him or end up owing him something that I was uncomfortable with or unable to deliver.

I did and it help my lactose intolerance.

The only problem was the second time I tried it I couldn't pronounce it right so it got worse again.

Well, depends on how much trouble is involved. Do I have to take captives to sacrifice?- 'cause I don't think I can get away with that in my neighborhood.

lol
I think he'll/she'll follow the pattern I've seen so far.
Even if you pray to my TV (which I sometimes do) you'll get what you asked for once in awhile.
