Similar to asking what was there before the big bang?

Where did all the stuff come from that became the universe?

Those who believe in a god will tell you their beliefs.

Those who believe in science will tell you theirs.

How can anyone claim to be right? The truth is we're all only guessing.

In Hebrews 13:8 and in John 8:58, and John 1 we are told that Jesus "IS" GOD and never has there been a time that He was NOT with The Father, also in Isaiah 9:6 the names used there describe Christ but also the terms used to described Jesus and The Father are interchangeable within The Godhead and NO ONE created God, but GOD through Jesus Christ the ssecond member of The Godhead created all things [john 1] find out more free bible lessons www.itiswritten.com God bless email me also wgr88@yahoo.com

I know how there is no god or jesus.

Nobody can prove any gods, much less a specific god, exist; many people will tell you their god exists but no others, but will never be able to prove it, even if they think so. Some will threaten you with eternal pain or promise eternal joy to get you to believe in their god; these are all stories, created for people who were scared long before we understood the universe. Now we have no more reason for these superstitions.

There is neither. Well..a dude named Jesus might have walked the earth but he was as human as you or me.

The believers will tell you god created himself, just cuz he's that cool, but that basically answers the question to is there a god or not.
They could also tell you he's in omniscience (no time) or whatever, but that concept was created by man, so thats just another excuse!

In order to believe in God and creation you have to believe that God was the Supreme Diety that has always existed. Some call it the "uncaused first cause". Evolution or Creation aside, there has to be a Supreme Diety in charge of everything. I think believing that something just exploided form nothing is the REAL FAIRY TAIL.

Man, in his own image and likeness.

God has SO many human traits, he's jealous (Bible says so), he's vain, He requires worship.

If God is the all-powerful, etc. entity, God would be secure in God-self, and require nothing of his creations but love for one another.

Sounds like Satan may have been the publisher and done some unauthorized editing.

Good question. I'm sure Christians have a convenient (unsatisfying) answer for this one. I think Dawkins addressed this as a problem as well. Christians say something had to have happened before the big bang. What happened before God? Again a Christian enters their convenient answer here, but its no doubt a good question.
