Deaf people make noises--they just can't hear it. Go to a school for the deaf and see what I mean.

This almost doesn't warrant an answer, however...
You will be given a new body when you stand before God in judgment. So if at some point you go deaf, it's fine, God will give you a new body that is fitted for destruction. He will design you with all the senses that you need to be tormented forever based directly on the number of crimes you have committed against Him. Therefore, you will not only hear, but you will scream and gnash your teath as you are burned alive.
I suppose you think that you don't deserve that, but the problem is that every time you lust, lie, or look at that perverted website, you make yourself a criminal. Murderers don't think murder is wrong. You don't think your acts are wrong. But know, that you will give an account of everything you have ever done, and everything you have ever thought or said, and based on that you will not be given mercy, but rather, you will get Justice.
So eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow you die.

The physical deformities, abnormalities in the mind and body and whatever deformed condition of human body inside and outside is just a manisfestation in the material body we call flesh, bones and organs. They never go with the soul which is our life and our consciousness.
Hell is just a state of mind created by the teachings of the religions. The wailing and gnashing of teeth in hell will only be felt while our soul is still in the body experiencing the pain and terror brought about by a disastrous calamity, war or your extreme pain caused by wounds or ailment inside the body. When the body expires, the soul being a consciousness still have the memory of those pains and it thinks he is still suffering because of the soul's attachment to the material body. When he realized he is no longer inside a body then it becomes clear to the soul, that it is the body that died and the soul remain. Whether he is in hell or heaven will depend on the capacity of the soul to retain what was imprinted in the brain for as long as the memory stays. Realization will set in when the souls is freed from the attachment to the experiences of the deceased body.

I hope the first answerer means that it's pretty f-ed up to assume that something as horrible as a hell exists.
There is more to wonder anyway. When the rapture comes, "every eye will see and every knee will bow".
So blind people will be able to see, obviously. Oh well, God seems to perform that miracle a lot of times anyway.
But every knee will bow? God is finally gonna heal amputees??

What got that person into hell is the question, not the functionality of their natural body when they were alive.

They will probably gain the ability to hear and conclude that it's vastly over-rated.
*listening to screams and burning and stuff* "This is what sound is? That's bloody ANNOYING. Glad I didn't have to put up with that crap."
