No it won't bring you good luck. It might be a comfort to you and a representaton of your faith but it isn't a good luck charm, it was, however,a very nice gift.

Sorry to say, but that cross is idolatry. I had a rosary which I always wore and I thought it brought me very good luck, but idols fail where God prevails.
Don't throw your faith away on a gold necklaced cross. Trust me, beloved sister, it's not worth it.

Nothing wrong with the gold neckless. You are no more lucky with it. Sorry no such things are good luck charms, well except for my rabits foot, 4 leaf clover and these 5 year old shoes that I always use when I am running. I swear I am much faster with them old shoes.

I don't know how much "luck" it will bring you but it certainly is a good feeling to wear something that was given to you as a token of love. This is how I fell about my wedding ring. So in a way, it is lucky.

Good luck and Gods blessing are two different things one is superstition and the other is actual and true, wearing the cross as a good luck charm is completely wrong,it is to be honored and not to be used as a talisman.

No, it is just a piece of jewelry. No jewelry, or any other inanimate object for that matter, has ever been endowed with any kind of special powers.
However, for some, wearing a religious symbol brings some perceived comfort and can be used as a reminder of religious beliefs.

If your aunt was killed with a gun would you wear one around your neck?
If she were hanged would you wear a noose?
then why wear the torture treatment for Jesus Christ?
He died for us all..he deserves more respect than that .
And we are going against God if we wear or have icons.
That would make you an idolater

No, luck is a pagan concept. But then, Cathlocism is a mix of paganism and Christianity.

Nope. And if you're a Christian, believing that it will bring you "good luck" could be considered worshiping a graven image.
