I eat about 2 small meals a day usually, like a sandwhich for lunch and a medium size bowl of pasta or something in the evening. I find tho that if I break that trend and go to some restaurant or order a combo meal instead one day I feel sick and nauseous afterwards. Is this likley due to the shift in diet or psychological?

What you are experiencing is the same thing a vegetarian goes through when they eat meat. Your body is probably not used to the large amounts of food and either the protein or fat in the meal. You should increase the number of meals you eat and the types of foods as well. That way your body can get used to them.

Porbebly both, but diet more. The body gets used to it so much that your stomach porbebly "thinned out" a tiny bit, so you don't eat as much, but when you do your pushing the stomach to its limits. Just take it a step at a time and eat less then a combo and you'll be able to eat more but not get sick. Hope I helped!

I find myself in a similar situation. I cut back on my meals, and quantity, and find that I don't like feeling extra fullm when dining out. I think this is probably normal. Just make sure that you are eating healthy.

both.
Your body is not used to eating so much so it sends signals to your brain that it does not want to eat that much anymore.
It could have something to do with you having a small stomach...
