How does your wife remain in UK now then?Is she illegal?If she is illegal or an asylum seeker it will be very difficult to obtain a visa

It shouldnt be a problem for her to get one since you are married. And you have a child born here, You best shot would be to go to the nearest UK embassy with documents to support your claims. You will get it done if you can meet all the requirements.

if your kid was born here then why did your wife had to go back to nigeria? go back to nigeria for you dont need a visa to land there.

she should get one easily since u're married, and u have a child born there. go to the nearest uk embassy with valid documents to prove u're married n all. shldnt be too hard if u're legal residents and can meet all their requirements.
