You've tried all the conventional stuff & found it useless. The prescribed drugs longterm are not sorting out the problem as you still have symptoms this year.
Try Homoeopathy for your Hay Fever. My phone starts ringing earlier each year as people are so fed up with the side effects of conventional medicine & all are impressed with the results from using homoeopathic remedies. Within about 3 years, the vast majority find that they no longer need to use anything as they are completely cured. There is no one remedy that I could suggest for your symptoms as you will find that your particular symptoms are quite individual to you - so you need an individual remedy. Please consult the Society of Homeopaths who will point you in the direction of a local practitioner. Go to http://www.homeopathy-soh.org/ Don't knock it until you've tried it. You will be pleased with the results.

Hi, you could also try some natural remedies. Eating a tablespoon of local honey helps to build up immunity as it contains local allergens. Also, try visiting a good homeopathist. They will take a detailed list of your symptoms and work out what remedies will help. It can take a bit of perseverence, but when you find a remedy that helps it can make a big impact on your symptoms.

Kenolog is a disastrous thing to use. It does take away the symptoms, but is at best a sledgehammer to crack a walnut! It increases infection risk, upsets electrolytes, causes muscle weakness, fatigue, steroid myopathy, loss of muscle mass, osteoporosis, avascular osteonecrosis, vertebral compression fractures, delayed healing of fractures, aseptic necrosis of femoral and humeral heads, pathological fractures of long bones and spontaneous fractures, tendon rupture, impaired wound healing, peptic ulcer with possible subsequent perforation and haemorrhage, pancreatitis, abdominal distension and ulcerative oesophagitis, candidiasis to name but a few of its side effects! It has never ceased to amaze me that doctors still use it, and patients repeatedly ask for it, because the risks are not explained to them.
50% of hay fever sufferers do not, I agree get relief from antihistamines alone.
Both nasal steroids and local eye drops are available over the counter, neither rhinolast ( which is not very useful) nor flixonase are available without prescription.

Flixonase is good, but you only get temporary respite from the Hayfever.
