I don't think it's more intimate and I don't think it's cheating.

I think it is just the same level of intimacy. There are aspects that make it less in some ways, but more in other ways, so it balances out to be essentually the same.
Mutual masturbation of your partner is less intimate but is still sex.
Maturbation over the computer or phone is even less intimate, but still sex.
Any thing done that is done primarily to lead to sexual excitement with another person is having sex with that person.
If any of this is outside of marriage it is having sex outside of marriage and is cheating otherwise called adultery.
If you don't agree with me you are just fooling yourself.

You're right it is fun but if your seeing someone and that's not the person you're going down on, then it is cheating. You might consider how you would feel if you caught your bf going down on someone else.
btw - you can be intimate and be fully clothed. Intimacy has more to do with shared moments than sexual interactions.

i would say it is the same as having sex with someone. but instead of using your vagina you are using your mouth. if you think its not cheating you have some growing up to do. just be careful.
