I have been exercising for abut three weeks 6 days a week I do pilates for 10 minutes, I do cardio for 20 minutes and I do 100 abs, no I don't eat healthy but I do eat small portions and I don't eat junk food, I am not skinny but no fat I just need to tone my stomach. I ahve not seen no differences. When do you think I will start noticing???? or Do you think I am not doing something right??

Sometimes, the benefits of working out show in the way your clothes fit your body, in subtle little ways. Do your jeans fit better, do your clingy tops look a little more sleek on you?
It's still early in your workout routine, don't get discouraged!
Also, according to Michael Thurmond (6 week body makeover) it's all in the breathing. Look him up on the internet.

Most people get frustrated right at the point you are at now...don't stop. It's working...it's just not instantaneous. As you keep up the great exercise habits, try writing down your food calories in a food log. It would be a shame to un-do all of your hard work when you could just cut back on a few snacks. Perhaps the wrong exercises. You want to target your abs. Either read up on good ab exercises, or go see a trainer for some tips.
