Alot of people tell me that the person that you have your first time with you will always have love for. Or that you will always be in love with. I lost my virginity to this boy and we no longer talk no more he still calls me but we no longer are boyfriend and girlfriend. He told he still loves me and I still have feelings for him too but how do I tell the truth to my boyfriend, he keeps asking do I have feelings for this boy and I tell him a lie. But today he called and said baby I want you back you were my first and I was yours you make me feel so good!! IS THIS REALLY TRUE!!!

Not in my case. I absolutely HATE the first guy I was with.

No, it's not necessarily true that you'll always have feelings for the person you lose your virginity to...in fact, some people don't have any feelings for that person to begin with.

Realize that in life, there are VERY few things that are "always" or "never" true.

Re: your current situation...how would you feel if a guy dumped you to go back with an ex? It's a crummy way to treat people...when a relationship ends, that should be that...if it's all that great, the couple shouldn't have broken up in the first place.

Well...its really hard to say. How long were you with this kid and what was the reason for u guys breaking up. Are u in love with him or do u just like him? How do u feel about the bf u have now? U got to talk it out with ur ex and see if he really does love u and he's just not trying to get in ur pants. It could be true though. Just don't get ur hopes up

Well... I would think that if you are actually entertaining the idea, you need to tell your boyfriend the truth... It's not right to be stringing him along and pining over a guy you already had. So whether or not you get back together with the first guy, you need to tell your boyfriend you need to go on a break or something...

Hello, well in my experience I to loved the man that was my first. I love him still, but had moved on... not by choice. It is your life and if you still love your first maybe you could try it again ya never know what can happen as long as he hasn't done anything to hurt you when you broke-up the first time. Be careful and guard your heart, but you really need to be honest. That's very important. Be honest to him and to yourself. Good luck

I don't love my first. It's one of those things you will never forget- because it was your first time, but other than that you'll get over him. You've obviously moved on, and he hasn't. He won't let you heal. Tell him you are with someone right now and you can't deal with his crap.
Tell your new boyfriend, that yes, you do have some feeling for your ex, but it obviously means nothing now that the two of you are together.

It is true, at least for most people. There will always be a place in your heart for your first love, esp. if that's who you lost your virginity to as well.

Just be careful.
Love is something that develops over time. Ideally the man you love first will be your one and only. Is this guy that? You already decided not, but now.......?
If he is not your one and only, you can respect him forever but be careful not to let that natural affection that you have for him confuse you.

Take it slow - be an adult.

I still talk to my first we never even dated. As for him still being in love with you maybe he is and if you still have feelings for him maybe you two should pursue it. It might be something you will regret later in life if you don't find out.

If you love this guy( your first) and you just like the other guy.. you should go to the one you care for... and love... ur current bf may get mad... but wouldnt you rather be happy?
