I think Jeff is on a roll but Denny Hamlin has been strong these past few races. Those of you who answered this question anybody but Jeff or let's see another face at victory lane, would you you be saying this if Tony Stewart won or Jr, I am sorry, Jr hasn't won this season because you know why, he ain't that good of a driver. Even if he left DEI, he's just an average driver, very popular with the fans. One more thing, popularity doesn't win championships, winning races does.

I'm thinking he won't. It is extremely hard to win three races in a row. The car has to be perfect, as does your crew - and you have to avoid trouble. If you're looking for a week to bet against Jeff - this might be the week. Jeff hasn't finished better than 31st in his last four attempts at Richmond:

A lot of experts like Denny Hamlin and Jeff Burton to do some damage this weekend. Kyle Busch is also really solid at the track. A rundown of expert opinions can be found here (for those of you into fantasy NASCAR):

I do like Jeff, and marvel on the consistency of his final 5 races. nicely-known end of two.2. How a lot does he ought to be "interior the final place on the final time" in the past it is going from good fortune to driver ability? i do no longer understand if he will win, besides the undeniable fact that it is going to be a COT race and that i'm having a raffle between the Hendrick or Gibbs automobiles is going take it. they have extra beneficial than in basic terms ruled. Denny Hamlin possibly because of fact he and his team have made blunders those previous 2 weeks, and he's working super regardless of them. That being reported the 24 hasn't made those mistake interior the previous 5 races, shop for Jeff hitting the wall at Texas. It concerns the place you're on the top, no longer the super run you had contained in direction of the race. i'm nevertheless going with Denny because of fact the 24 is due for a wobble meaning a disappointing top-10. to boot that Hendrick can not shop triumphing COT races with Stewart and Hamlin doing so nicely.

Maybe yes and maybe no
Well, why? Because it's just that bad luck sometimes can appear
But I mean he's got a lot of confidence right now and he's gonna be hard to beat

His entire organization is ready and I think he can win it 3-in-a-row
But it can happen, ya know, where he's in other people's bad luck.
So, yeah he can win and he may not

Has the best chance to win it. Starting on pole again, qualifying in race trim. I hope so, just to watch all the real whiners cry!!! Just look at the answers and you can see who they are.. Sorry, but it won't be Hamlin.

Gordon has two wins at RIR, but he's been crap the last four times. I don't know if Gordon will get the checkers but Hendrick probably will.
