I'm not sure if this is all the languages for the college, I'm sure there are more. And we can take courses at another local college. soo... I'm not sure what languages are offered.

high school - English, German, Italian, Greek, Russian, Latin
where Italian and Russian were electives, and the other four requirements.
It was a Croatian school, though.
College.. I'm not sure. I'm positive about Spanish, but I, for some reason, believe they offer Arabic and French.

We have Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Italian, but some may no longer be there next year because a lot of teachers could potentially lose their jobs. We have 4 spanish teachers, and only 1 teacher for each of the other subjects. We have to get 3 foreign language credits as well.

High School - it was an Anglo-Chinese school, so English and Chinese are compulsory, but Indian or other non-Chinese students can pick French and drop Chinese. Spanish is another choice because it's Spanish Catholic school. All fathers are from Spain.
College - in Tokyo - Japanese (only), they do have English for local students, I didn't take it.

I'm a native of Germany. My high school offered English, Latin and French. My middle school offered English, too. In Germany English is actually mandatory from 5th grade until graduation. And some schools start at 3rd grade now. Even some pre-k's offer English.

My high school offered Spanish and French.
My college offered any language as long as there were at least 3 students sign up for it and the school would locate an instructor for that language. In addition to all the major Asian, European and American languages, I recall Cherokee and Mayan were offered.
