I am a lazy teenager and this is not good at all. How can i stop?

put on a good cd and clean the house with A LOT of dance moves as you go.
you will feel amazing! mum/dad'll be happy as their house will be spotless.
as you feel good, you want to do more, and more and more and then wha-la no more being lazy!

exercise lets off hormones that make us feel sensational. this feeling is so good, that we want it back asap. so we exercise again! and feel good again! the fitter you are the more you will feel this. so get up, and MOVE in some way and reap the interal rewards!!

Don't put off things to do today for tomorrow.
You can improve yourself by following the above statement just give it try for one day and every day you get up you tell yourself today i will do something useful.
