You get 3 possibilities:
"Komm her!" (familiar, one person)
"Kommt her!" (familiar, 2 or more people)
"Kommen Sie her!" (kind of polite, one or several people)
To make it halfways polite you add "bitte" at the end or the beginning of each.
Colloquially and to avoid to sound very peremptory the normal expression is " Komm doch (bitte) mal her!", where the "doch mal" is only euphonic, i.e. there is no meaning attached other than to make the whole thing sound less bossy.

because we all assimilated. Theodore Roosevelt on Immigrants and being an AMERICAN "In the 1st place we should just insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an american and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else. For it is an outrage to discriminate against any man because of creed, or birthplace or origin. But this is predicated upon the persons becoming in every facet an american and nothing but an american... There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an american but something else also, is not an american at all, We have room for but one flag, The American Flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the english language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyaty to the american people. Theodore Roosevelt 1907

"Komm her" od "Kommen Sie her" (="Come") is correct, but avoid to say sth. like "Kommen Sie hier", that could at worst be translated as "Have an orgasm here" (not kidding).
If you want to include the word here, say : "Komm hierher" or
"Kommen Sie hierher" instead.
