Jay:

your kind not only is attacking us, but you're also attacking education, government, personal rights, and democracy in general. Christian evangelicals are always trying to force their beliefs down our collective throats and it might take violence to get your kind to stop

Who will laugh last at Armageddon? Finally it'll all be put to rest then. So far everything has happened exactly the way God's word, the Bible has stated. A few more things have to happen and by the way things look, they are not far off.

It will be nice not to ever see another doubter or liar, or someone who hates God ever again after Armageddon. He chooses those that he knows are part of his Kingdom; maybe you're chosen and you just don't realize it yet. Worse than you have turned around and 'seen the light'. Then again, maybe you're not one.

>>>nuts like these are why I believe evangelicals are a threat

"Beware the beast man, for he is the Devil's pawn. Alone among God's primates, he kills for sport or lust or greed. Yea, he will murder his brother to possess his brother's land. Let him not breed in great numbers, for he will make a desert of his home and yours. Shun him; drive him back into his jungle lair, for he is the harbinger of death." - Sacred Scroll, Planet of the Apes

Why do *you*, and other scoffers, persist in calling Holy Scripture "fairy tales"?!? If you want fairy tales, try *these* on for size: Evolution, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, Mormonism, Freemasonry, Wicca, Scientology, Global Warming, "no WMDs in Iraq", "FDR, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton were 'good' Presidents", "Hilliary or Obama would be 'good' Presidents", ad infintum, ad naseum!

"Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord!" Unfortunately, for some it will be too late and they shall experience eternal separation from God! And, no, you won't get to have an eternal party with all your unsaved friends, either!

We are on a R&S board, and everyone talks about freedom of speech..but once again it's only freedom of speech if they aren't Christians?
People ask questions..people answer them how they choose to. Why do some Atheists and others keep answering Christians questions with insults about our intelligence?
Everyone has a right to their beliefs and when a person believes in scripture, they are going to quote it.
Not to mention not ALL Christians do it, but people just LOVE to generalize.

That sort of falls into the teaching a pig to sing category. A total waste of time and plus it annoys the pig.

These same people who pull out the quotes will ignore any quotes you show them where the bible has errors or contradictions. I guess it messes up the fairy tale.

Because we're not talking about fairy tales; we're talking about logic and common sense.
An atheist would believe that this computer is intelligently designed, but then they would believe that the human body, which is thousands, if not millions, of times more complex than a computer, came about by random chance? That's not even logical, and I thought you guys worshipped at the altar of logic. Even if you believe it came about by trial-and-error, where are all the "errors"? The fossil record is full of fully complete species in their own rights, not in any transitional form of any kind. Even evolutionists (who are intellectually honest) admit this.

It is not the christians fault because this is what they are told to do.They must spread the word, and convert all of mankind! They are not encouraged to seek the truth, but instead told to trust the bible on all topics. If they question anything then they risk angering their god.

Why are you just picking on Christians, other religions quote scripture.
No fairy tales in my bible.
Isn't it good to laugh?

Hmm...well I am wondering why someone, like yourself, who has soo much more logic and intellegence then everyone else, is doing on a fairy tale website in the first place? Asking questions against religion, because somewhere deep down inside you either a.) want to find a reason to believe or b.) think your smart enough to talk someone else out of what they believe.

well my friend, I don't think it's working.

I know that is so annoying. Like today in social studies our teacher ( he gives us lectures and speeches all of the time), asked us something like what is your definition of humans and humanity. And this one chick was like, "well i believed that god created us how we are." It was really stupid. And then my social studies teacher was all like, "then what about people with different beliefs and religions." and she was just like, 'well i dont know". And it sparked all of these questions and this debate.

Why do athiest attack christians and not expect them to quote scripture.

Oh! I almost forgot. Your quote I know your day would not be complete without it.

Romans 1:22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools. (speaking of people who don't believe in God just so you know.

Endlessly Thinking. - Like really? Totally bogus! Another enlightened mind. I love you atheist.
