Older sister.

"(O)neesan is a term of address for an older sister. It's used both literally-- to refer to a sister who's older than you--or figuratively, as a friendly/childish way to refer to someone else's elder sister, or to a close female acquaintance who's of an appropriate age to be your older sister."
