My age is 21. I work with computers. Most of my time, i spend on computers. Due to this my health got very weak these days. Anyone pls tell me any good routine tasks that i should do inorder to maintain my health. What type of food and exercise i should take.

That's crap and bullshit. I have been working with computers for 38 years, including 4 years in school. You do NOT get sick from computers.

hi!
well first have a little holiday.
while your on your leave i would suggest running around the block, push ups and sit ups(at least 20 per day and work up till its to hard)
what food to eat you ask! i would recomend a mixture vegatables and greens with also low fat meet to go with it.
