I had A fever with headache last night and took Tylenol, advil and others and nothing helped. The fever went down but the Headache still was killing me. Will vicodin reduce the fever as well as taking care of this really bad Headache? I think the Headache is from the Fever so I'm trying to figure out if Vicodin would help both.

It might help, but if it wasn't prescribed for it, you shouldn't take it without asking your doctor first.
A bad headache could be the sign of something serious, like meningitis or a leaking aneurysm, or it could be a migraine, which requires a different class of drugs.
Call your doctor.
