It seems like there's about a million of them...Have you been to Africa in the past 5 years...Have you used needles...Have you been diagnosed with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease...
Here's a link to the eligibility guidelines. For the most part, the Red Cross will ask you about all of this stuff, to confirm that your blood is good to use in other humans.
