I will be tested for Nicotine...how soon after quitting can I take the test?

For Life Insurance...I smoke less than a pack a day. They will be testing Urine and Blood.
Is 4 days enough or will it take longer? I will be able to set up appt time.

I very well could be wrong but i belive that my doctor told me that 24-48 hours. However lying to a insurance company is a Felony.
