I had Gym (first hour class) and we were running a lot outside. I was feeling fine, and sat down. As i went to my 2nd hour class, i started feeling like i was going to throw up, but then it'd go away. When we had to stand up, and gather around something the teacher was lecturing us about, my vision went out. Everything was black, i felt like throwing up again, and my whole body was sweating like crazy. I felt so hot, and i couldn't see anything so i started to panic. At first, i thought that the blackness would just go away, because i'd experienced that before, when i'd stand up too fast. (Blood goes to your brain, and makes you dizzy/loss of sight for a few seconds) But this was happening for about 5-8 minutes. It finally wore off, and i could see only the figures of people, and it was really blurry. Everything had a tan shadow to it, like in a comic almost. No one had their complete color. Then finally i got my vision completely back. The throwing up-sensation wore off also. Help plz

-I had a reasonable breakfast that morning.
-After i got my sight back, i had a massive headache. I was really cold too, afterwards, i think that was from the sweat--being cooled by the air.
-How do you guys know this is so serious, i really hate making a big deal out of everything..sorry i'd like to have a little bit more information about why it's so "serious" before i decide anything.

You need to be seen by a doctor. Today, not next time it happens.
Did you eat breakfast? What kind of activity were you doing in gym class? If you didn't eat well for breakfast, or were doing a lot of strenous activity during gym, you could have been dehydrated.
BUT, you need to be see to make sure it is not related to you heart or anything else.

Consult a physician.
Orthostatic hypotension (that's the blackout sit/stand you described, BUT blood DOESN'T rush to your head, it's away) can cause some of the symptoms you've described, but so can Heat Stroke. And it's more dangerous.
Again, Consult a physician.

Go see your doctor immediately. This is pretty serious and you don't need to have a medical degree to know that
