what do you do when you are seeing someone that you use to go out with and you love that person to death and you wish that you could go back and change things maybe it is possible but anyway your making out with this person and they say to you you love me don't you and you say why and they say because I can feel it and I brush it off now I don't know what to do I mean we tell each other that all the time but this time it just seemed different in a way I feel like I should just let him go help

You question if there is one is kind of confusing. But if you don't want to date someone then break up with them. Don't just date them because they have strong feelings for you. It's not fair to them.

He sounds insecure and needy? I mean a forced statement of love or a statement asked for is really not genuinee? I think if you love him then stay and find out why he felt he needed to ask you to say that you do love him. Is he worried that you don't. I he is worried that you don't (Why)? If you love him then you can reassure him you feelings are genuin. If you are not sure of your feelings and he is asking you so that he can feel needed? Well, you may rethink your commitment to this guy. I hope you get what you need and what either way?
