If you go back to normal for you, you will gain weight again, that is why you put on weight initially. 2 in every 3 people who diet actually end up heavier than when they started!
Try increasing your calorie output. Regular 4-5 days a week, vigorous exercise is likely to help you keep it off.

If you go back to the way you were eating two months ago then yes you will put the weight back on, however if you eat sensibly and exercise 5 days a week you have a much better chance of keeping the weight you lost off.

Unfortunately, most people do go back to normal or eat more and regain the weight they lose. But as you have already realized, that defeats the purpose of dieting in the first place. So you need to calculate the number of calories you need to eat each day in order to weight your desired weight. This is your target calories for life.

While it may seem at first like you will, as long as you keep your intake below or equal to the calories you burn you wont gain weight. You can calculate calories burned here.

If you do put the weight back on, then you may be too skinny, that is possible, your body targets certain weights that are healthy you can calculate your weight range here.

And I would ignore the scale, it can be very distracting if your really worried about replacing lost weight, when the change could simply be that you had a lot to drink.

You will.
Let's see......2 months ago you were eating so much that you gained weight. That's why you went on this diet, right? Now you've lost some weight and you want to go back to what you were eating before. Yes, of course you will gain the weigh back. In fact, most people who do this gain even MORE.
So, don't go back to eating so much or eating what made you gain weight in the first place.

If you go back to eating what you were prior to the diet, you will, undoubtedly, put back on the weight that you lost. You may even put on more weight.
