i dont think it will be quite the same. but it might taste pretty good. u might invent something new.

But you might have to rename your newly invented snack, because it would no longer look much like "puppy chow".

It will be just fine but you will have that salty addition to the mix if you don't mind that. YOu could basically put that candy coating over anything and get powdered sugar to stick to it.
