they are completely different supplements...

whey is nothing more than a powdered protein supplement. creatine is a cellular energy source that can help to improve strength and endurance. it also has a positive effect on increasing performance in maximum effort sports like sprinting, cycling, rowing, weight training, etc.

Whey is a protein derived from milk. Creatine is a chemical that is found naturally in the muscles & aids in muscle constriction. Creatine can lead to kidney stones & other kidney problems....be careful. Whey protein is great for you! Best of Luck!
