LaGuardia to Elmsford?

Can anyone help me? I am going to NYC for the first time but I need to know how to get to Elmsford from LaGuardia. From there I would need to know how to get into the city (Manhattan) after settling into the hotel. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Elmsford is in Westchester County. You would have to take the Metro North at Grand Central Station, east 42nd Street. to get to Westchester.
