¡Si usted no lo puso adentro aquí, no lo tome!

Since it is a formal sign, it is better to use the formal "usted" instead of the informal "tu".

This is what I would write if I was making a sign:

"Si usted no lo puso aqui entonces no lo tome" or " no se lo lleve"

You have to be careful with the verb "coger", because even though it is proper spanish for "grab", it means "to have sex" in some countries.

Another way to say it could be:
"If you did not bring it, then don't take it"? That would be

"Si usted no lo trajo entonces no lo tome" / no se lo lleve"

Hope that helps.

Si usted no la/lo coloco aqui, no se lo lleve

How ever I would be more specific, for example:

Si used no coloco su (and the thing that should go inside the thing) dentro de (and the thing that they are putting things in), por favor no se lo lleve.

Literally:
Si no lo pones alli no lo tomes.
Improved.
Si no lo has de poner de donde lo tomaste, mejor no lo levantes.
