For women the "ideal" weight can be calculated as follows: 20 lbs for every foot and 5lbs for each inch.
So, if I'm 5'7," I "should" weigh somewhere around 135 [(20*5)+(5*7)]. But that doesn't take into account anything personal; like muscles weigh more, some people just have a small/large build.
That's really just a guideline. So, provided that you feel healthy, I'm sure you're fine.

I dont know if thats the average lol but its within the recommended scale - most should aim to weigh between about 120-135ish depending on frame but I bet you the average woman at 5'7 is a lot more than 120.

135 lbs is normal. 120 is more like normal for 5'4''.
Of course part of this is going to depend on bust size, since that changes normal weight alot.

well, average in this country is overweight. but the ideal weight for someone your height is 132-138, so you are nowhere near overweight. you could stand to gain a few pounds.

That's actually skinny, sister is 123 and she's skinny but if your built like that then it's healthy. In realiy though like 145 is considered normal weight.

Yep, that's average. Are you Average?
Actually it depends, you see some people have really skinny bones, and others have thicker, heavier bones. so the weight is only relative to your body type and how you carry it.
