I think it would be called dysfunction, only a male could have "erectile" dysfunction.
In the female it can, but not often due to the differences, happen after menopause. Age is a factor. Since the female can fake it, it would be hard to tell unless she offered an explanation or went for help. Most of course wouldn't as men wouldn't. It would be embarrassing and easier to fake it.

The Republicans are not participating in a war on women. That was just something the Democrats tried to initiate, blaming it on the Republicans. Have you ever seen the movie, Wag the Dog? If not, try and check it out. It explains what is going on. Everyone should see it. To begin with there are far more Demos that have obscenely insulted Republican women. They even insulted Hillary Clinton, one of their own, which proves that they have an ongoing war on women And don't reply that Bill Maher is an entertainer and a comedian. I can list additional websites, such a Demo news commentator, Schultz, who said of Laura Ingram, "Right wing s--t, among other things." There is absolutely no excuse for either party calling women obscene, nasty names. I think Obama has run this into the ground. Time for both parties to stop this type of talk, to cease and desist. This question has been run into the ground. Ilets get on with with the issues of today and stay away from detractions like this..

About zero percent because only man suffer from that disorder . But the percentage of women affected by their husbands ED is very high indeed, but I dont have any figures to offer. Fortunately nowadays we have Viagra, Cialis and Lebitra which help a lot . Mechanical devices like pumps and penile implants for the worst cases.
