I think it really depends on what you eat and the activities you do each day. Your Dr. can tell you if you are at risk for anything that you should watch out for, such as diabtes, high blood pressure...ect. If you feel good about yourself and your Dr. says you are doing good, then I wouldn't worry about it. Also I weigh 130 and I'm only 5ft2in....but my weight is "in the right places" I guess. I wear size 6-7 pants. I have a small waist and big hips and butt (thank god sir mix alot made a big butt a cool thing!!)...lol....so it does depend on where the weight it at on your body.

this proves everyone is different, because i weigh less than you (i weigh 108lbs) and i am taller than you (i'm 5'5) and some how we both wear the same pants sizes (i vary from size 3-5 too in juniors and 2-4 in women's). fat distrubtion in spots through out the body differs from person to person. the best way to know if you are at a healthy weight for you body is to ask your doctor, they can examine your body and measure your nutrition levels and tell you what is best for you as an individual.

You go to a doctor or gym professional to find out your body fat percentage. They can test this with body fat callipers, which will tell you if you have a healthy amount of body fat or not. It doesn't matter what height or build you have, this will tell you for sure if you are healthy or not.
