If you don't have dental insurance, try to call a local, larger university or dental school and they may do it at a very low rate. The downside is that you may have to wait a while.
If you have medical insurance, there is a slight chance they may cover the removal, because taking 4 or more out is generally considered a medical procedure.
Good luck!

Ask the dentist if they have payment plans like monthly payments. Or ask them if they can give you a discount if you pay cash. I don't know if ur in the US but I use bluecross and it's only $18 a month. It covers the basic stuff, including wisdom tooth extractions and anestesia. But there is a waiting period. Or you can look for a job that offers dental plans. Or vist local dental school. They sometimes offer low or no cost. But you'll have to do the footwork, it's pretty hard to ask or book an appt online. Best to show up in person and wait. When we were younger, we would wait all day just so they would take us in. I would get them out because they can move your teeth and braces would have been a waste. Trust me, they will get more painful if you ignore them. Good luck!

Wisdom teeth are generally considered useless. Most people have them removed. The lower third molars are the most problematic due to the fact that if there isn't room for them to erupt properly, they can become impacted against the second molar. This is painful and can cause the teeth forward of them to be forced together, and can cause your front teeth to overlap. If they've all erupted, just get them extracted and it'll save you more money later on more orthodontic work.

if you don't qualify for any state help on this, try a local university that does dental instruction.
one of my friends needed dental work and no insurance, did this, and it was about a third the price of a dentist to do the same work... my understanding is that an instructor actually does the work and the students assist or observe.

You will eventually need to have them pulled. Try searching for a dental office who offers credit payments. . . Your wisdom teeth will eventually move the others out of place.

Meg get them pulled as soon as you can. The pain will just keep coming back. BUT A SIMPLE HOME REMEDY THAT WORKED FOR ME, WHEN I HAD THAT PAIN WAS TO TAKE SOME REGULAR CABBAGE AND CHEW A PIECE AND LEAVE IT BETWEEN THE GUMS AND THE TEETH THAT HURT. Try it. It really works. Just leave it in your mouth for a while and the pain will go away. When it comes back repeat and repeat.

the pressure pain will come and go while you have them; focus on getting a job w/dental insurance and, after you have it a few months, get them all pulled; i waited a long time till one got infected and another a huge cavity

Best option is to have them removed. See if there is a dental school in your area. You should be able to have them removed cheaper there.
