NO, kids under the age of 18 should not have the same responsibilities as an adult. I can't even think of an instance that they should be. I do know that there are times when such an occurence might occur but there might not be any other choice, just like there are times when a child does a crime and is held accountable as an adult. That is usually when the crime is more heinous and adults are the ones more apt to commit it. But a child under 18 needs to be a kid with kid chores, because the adult world comes way too soon.

no!...we are still kids...and if we take on responsibilities like an adult...we wont learn anything...that's for kids 15 and below.
someone between the ages of 16-18 should start to!

The closer to age 18, the closer to adult responsibilities. We don't go from child to adult in one day.

No, because they aren't mature enough...hell some "kids" over the age of 18 shouldn't have adult responsiblities because they're not mature enough.

Not all of the responsibilities. How is a 4 year old supposed to pay the bills. They have to learn all that stuff over time.

If you mean, "should they have to work full-time, and take care of a house and family?" the answer is no! But they are certainly old enough in their later teens to assume more responsibilities than they had earlier. For example, if they are driving, they should be working at least part time to pay for gas and contribute toward their insurance, and they should learn how to take care of their car.

Should they have them, NO

Under 18 they are not considered adults, the parents are
still legally responsible for their willful misconduct.
