First and foremost?
Non-denominational Christianity believes the Jesus Christ is God, as the Second Person of the Trinity.
JW's deny the Trinity, so they deny Jesus' deity while considering His teachings sound.

n-d Christianity believes there are people from every walk of life that are going to be in heaven.
JW's believe that only members of their organization will be in heaven.

n-d Christians believe God's Word when it says no man will know the day or hour of the end of the world.
JW's have predicted it a few times, and the dates have come and gone (that makes them false prophets.)

CHRISTIANS of all kinds know that salvation is by grace through faith, according to the scriptures.
JW's (who are not Christians at all) believe salvation is by good works.

Quite a bit.
1. Jehovah's Witnesses is a denomination with headquarters in Brooklyn, NY. Non-denominational Christianity has no headquarters.
2. Jehovah's Witnesses deny the Trinity, while the vast majority of non-denominational churches affirm it.
3. Jehovah's Witnesses use only one Bible version, while those in non-denominational Christianity are free to use whatever version they prefer.
4. Jehovah's Witnesses use many words in a different manner than other groups. Example - divinity of Christ means something to JWs that is entirely different than any other group that I know of.
5. Jehovah's Witnesses do not dare to publicly disagree with their church's teaching for fear of being shunned. That is not a problem in non-denominational Christianity.
6. Jehovah's Witnesses have "book studies". Non-denominational Christians have Bible studies.

There are many others.

Jehovah's witness is considered to be a cult. They do not believe in the basics of Christianity, such as the Trinity, and that Jesus is God, or any of that. So, although the use the Bible, they are NOT Christians. They believe that the 100,000 "witnesses" mentioned in the Revelation are the only ones going to heaven, and that those positions are all already filled. (of course if they actually read the text they would see that the witnesses are described as 100,000 Jewish people who are morally pure) They believe that Jesus returned already and have made several end of the world prophesies that....um....didn't come true. They are kept away from their extended families because the "kingdom hall" doesn't let them celebrate any birthdays or holidays. Well, guess when the family gets together? This is a ploy to keep them away from people who are not JWs. (I know cuz I have JW family members)

They are only like "non-denominational" or "evangelical" Christians in ONE way, and that is that they are required to tell other people about their beliefs.

Hope that helps

What do Jehovah’s Witnesses believe? Close scrutiny of their doctrinal position on such subjects as the Deity of Jesus, Salvation, the Trinity, the Holy Spirit, the Atonement, etc., shows beyond a doubt that they do not hold to orthodox Christian positions on these subjects. Jehovah’s Witnesses believe Jesus is Michael the archangel, the highest created being. This contradicts many Scriptures which clearly declare Jesus to be God (John 1:1,14; 8:58; 10:30). Jehovah’s Witnesses believe salvation is obtained by a combination of faith, good works, and obedience. This contradicts countless Scriptures which declare salvation to be received by faith (John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5). Jehovah’s Witnesses reject the Trinity, believing Jesus to be a created being and the Holy Spirit to essentially be the power of God. Jehovah’s Witnesses hold to a ransom theory of the atonement, in which Jesus' death paid only for what mankind lost when Adam sinned - namely, the right to perfect life on earth. Thus, they believe in a faith + works arrangement, where sin and death are freely atoned for by Christ, but physical perfection is attained through personal effort, coupled with faith in Christ.

We (Christianity) believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the verbally and plenarily inspired Word of God (Matthew 5:18; 2 Timothy 3:16-17). We hold the Bible to be inerrant in the original writings, infallible, God-breathed, and the complete and final authority for faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16-17). The Holy Spirit was the divine author of Scripture (2 Peter 1:21). While still using the individual personalities of the human authors, the Spirit superintended them to insure that they wrote precisely what He wanted written, without error or omission.

Non-Denominational believes there is no deviation from the entire Word of God, nothing taken away, nothing added...which is what it seems that many denominations do (or they emphasize certain Scriptures).

Non-Denominational Christianity "is" actually a denomination-its called Non-Denominational. It sounds silly, but they have set rules and regulations, and order of worship. They just want to be distinguishable from mainstream denominations like Methodist, Baptist, or Lutherans and so on.
Jehovah's Witness is far different. They are not Christian at all. They do not believe Jesus is the Messiah, or son of God, or God in the flesh, or that He even rose from the dead. All of this would be a required belief in order to classify as a Christian. Jehovah's Witness do not believe any of this. They may even refer to themselves as Christians, but they can not justify this claim with their beliefs.

Jehovah's Witnesses "are known for their door-to-door preaching, their objection to blood transfusions, and for not celebrating birthdays or holidays. Their most widely-known publications are the religious magazines The Watchtower and Awake!"

"The Witnesses believe that the reign of Jesus began with the Second Coming or presence of Christ. Originally, this was believed to have occurred invisibly in 1874, but this date was later revised to 1914."

That is an amazing assertion. They say that Yeshua returned in l914 and set up His kingdom on earth, but that He is here and invisible-- in stark contrast to what Acts 1 says about His leaving and how His return will be.

"Other Witness teachings include the use of a personal name for God, [which they] translate as Jehovah in English, and the belief that such use is vital for acceptable worship."

In fact, Jehovah's Witnesses have a separate Bible which removes all references to Yeshua (Jesus) being G-d (despite the warning given in Revelation about tampering with G-d's word). They also insist a person must earn salvation through passing out tracts. They don't receive "salvation by grace through faith" (a biblical teaching). They require their adherents to prove their zeal by winning converts to Jehovah's Witnesses and attending all services, or they pile guilt and condemnation on the person.

Jehovah's Witnesses (while people I know individually and appreciate) do not agree with the Bible. They allowed a person to lead them away from the Bible to follow teachings in direct contrast to what the Bible says. They offer and serve a legalistic gospel which misses the heart of what G-d wants, according to the New Testament.

He is not into religion. He wants us to have relationship with Himself through Messiah Yeshua (Jesus).

A Jehovah Witness, like other man-created religions, subscribes to some of the teachings in the bible but not all. For example, they believe there is a God but Jesus is not on the same level as God. On the other hand, Christians believe and subscribe to all of the teachings and literal translations in the bible. For example, not only do they believe in God but they believe Jesus is the human form of God on this earth (the four gospels in the New Testament: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John and the prophecies in the Old Testament, i.e.: Isaiah) supports their beliefs. Christians also believe that God and Jesus are one based on the scriptures (i.e.: John 10:30). I hope this helps!

It's Jehovah's Witnesses.

According to all these 'experts' I am going to have to get rid of my KJV, NIV, Amplified, NASB, RSV, and several other bibles that I own and use.

JW's believe that the entire bible is the truth, and that you can not ignore the verses that disagree with your pet beliefs.

Non-Dem christians can pick and choose whatever they want to believe, and if they don't like the minister they change churches.

Ask them why they attend the 'church' they do attend and the answer (if not the first) will include the statement:

'I love the minister, and the way he/she teaches'

Christian freedom doesn't mean you can believe anything you want.

It means you can not earn, or buy salvation.

It is Jesus in Rev. ch. 3 that says we must obey him, have zeal, and repent in order that we are not vomited, or name is not removed from the look of life. Jesus said 'I know your deeds' when he condemned these Christians.

It is Paul who said if we do not have love, our faith is worthless. (1 Cor 13:1-4)
