No excuse, I'm not Christian.

I personally find a oneness with God at the beach or on a flower covered hillside than being like a zombie in a church doing what everyone else does and saying what everyone else says, but also I don't believe a priest or reverend, pastor whatever has any control over deciding whether God forgives you or going to heaven or hell. They are just an instrument of God's love.

Or I could give a quote:
'The church of Jesus Christ is inside you and all around you.
Not in buildings, wood or stone. Lift a rock and I am there, split a piece of wood and you shall find me.' -The Gospel of Saint Thomas

I'm not religious, but I frequently attend church with my mother or when invited by friends, and I've never had a bad experience at any house of worship: Christian, Jewish, Muslim, or Buddhist. When I don't attend it's because I'm not a Christian and have other things I like to do on Wednesday evenings and Sundays.

Because when I was a kid I had no choice, I went because my mother sent me. I decided that one day when I had the choice to go or not go, I wasn't going to go. And I don't. It doesn't mean I am an atheist. I consider religion a private matter and I don't discuss it much, and I absolutely do not argue over it.

Boring. Same stuff over and over again. Its like hearing the story of Santa or the toothfairy every Sunday. Gets kinda old.

Because I wouldn't believe a word they say. Would YOU go to a scientology meeting? No, because you don't believe in it so it wouldn't benefit you at all. I'd rather sleep in and then spend my Sunday eating bagels while listen to NPR

Well, I don't need excuses as to why I don't go to church because I'm not christian. Nothing baffling about that.

I found out that the Christian religion is untrue so I quit going.

It's a poor use of time for an atheist. I have better things to laugh at.
