How do I manually incline the sofa in my 1994 Ford E-150 Conversion van?

The sofa goes down but it doesn't come up. Previously I would switched the motor around backwards to make the down (recline) up (incline) and vise-a-versa but now the thing doesn't do anything. Any ideas?

check the fuse and wiring and look in the owners manual

Call the conversion company and speak to a service rep....not sure if there's a manual way to do it without seeing the motor but maybe crossing wiring may do it.
