It's totally normal! The ears will do that when the puppy is teething. They should be up by 6-9 months.

This is absolutely normal. We have a 2 year old and when she was four months old her ears were like that and we called the vet about it and the vet said that it is just something with them growing up, their ears will switch like that. gradually as the puppy gets older the ears will meet up with each other.

yes it is normal . the one ear flops sometimes . untill it is about 6 months old you will not be able to tell . Dont worry if you are not going to show him or her then it is not a big deal . i bet he is adorable . I have chis 2 to be exact and they are a hoot . all my neighbors love them .

They are usually both up by 6 months if they are going to go up. They don;t always.
They tend to drop a little when they are teething too.

his ear may never go up...it may just be in his/her genetic makeup...so I wouldn't worry whether it is or isnt normal. Did you buy him/her from a reputable breeder? Indiscriminate breeding can cause conformation issues...

sure, the other may decide to go up, or it may not. i dont know if you plan on showing your chihuahua but if it doesnt go up, its a fault.
