I mean like tuna one day, sardines the next.

There are some studies that show that you should eat canned tuna no more than 1x per week due to possibly high levels of mercury in the fish, but I don't know how much I believe that.

As for sardines, I have never heard anything stating why one shouldn't or can't eat them as often as you'd like.

I don't know about sardines..............I do know about water packed tuna. That type tuna is very good for you. It can really work well in a diet to lose weight, as well.

Assuming that you eat other things, like vegetables, to get the necessary vitamins and minerals I would say it is OK.

Well, as-long you are getting enough to eat.
But it must be healthily balanced.
