Christians are the first to respond to disaster? Says who? The Christian west thats who. Check out Islam Aid.
It was Islam that brought the idea of caring for all the community and looking after ALL the family members.
Ask yourself why Christian west is full of Old Peoples homes. Families no longer care for the elderly when in need. The Muslims do. Also Islam had a welfare system 1,300 years before Britian had one in 1948.

Rather than sit in your ignorance check out how Christianity was spread throught the Jesuits among others.
Children were cut open if they didn't convert.
Jihad means to strive in the path of God. It does NOT mean to kill. Jihad means to strive and seek out God and know more about him.

I suppose all the Muslim children being taught to hate Israel is a good example? When natural disasters (such as earthquakes) happen in Islamic countries, Israel comes to help with their technology and medical assistance and they are turned away. Their people are dying under rubble and their own "love" will not allow them to be cared for.
7,000 documented terrorist acts since the 70s, and not ONE has been condemned by the U.N. So where is this unified love? Certainly not there.
How many times is the word "love" used in the Qu'ran? Want to compare that with these so-called "condemning" Christians? How many times the the Qu'ran command to LOVE your enemies and NOT condemn unbelievers? Actually, it is quite the opposite really.

As a christian I do not condemn, as best as possible, people but actions that go against the teaching of the Bible and of Jesus Christ. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black, Muslims believe theirs to be the only true religion, that their laws supercede that of the land that they are living in- sharia law, that they claim jihad all in the name of Allah. The way jihad is used today, I'm sorry if you believe that this is the way to show love. My Lord showed true love for all people, he gave his life up for the sins of the world. He didn't turn his back on what people considered lowly, he accepted them, forgave them and bade them change. He gave them a choice- believe in me and receive your reward or do not believe and you will be punished, not by man and his standards but by mine and My Fathers.
If Islam was all about seeking and finding God, I'd say two thumbs up. Your idea of jihad may be the right one, but I am interpreting it from what we see on tv. What we see and hear your imams proclaiming. To us jihad is all about destroying the infidels, the barbarians and the non-believers. If I mischaracterize jihad it is based on what Muslims DO. How can you be seeking God through killing another human? If Allah is so understanding why do so many Muslims want to hurt others? My God accepts anyone who comes to him on their own. His arms are always open, especially when you turn your back on him.

Jihad IS a strife in life...Too bad islamists today have turned that into an actual, physical battle....1800 years ago Islam was created by a fake prophet, that molested children, and didnt even follow the path that he said that Allah told him. Islam is the single greatest threat to modern society. MODERN Islam puts suicide on a pedestool as long you kill an "Infidel"....Jews are the ones that are running throughout the streets demanding that Iraq/Iran/Syria/Saudi Arabia be wiped off the face of the Earth...The Jews have always sit out of battles until provoked or attacked...then they finish it (Lebannon/War with "Palestine"/David, etc etc.) You cannot say that Islam is a faith of peace when the Koran/Quran has writings in it that tells its believers to put women as their footstool and kill Jews (pigs) and Christians (Dogs) any chance they get...

I'm sorry, my thinking has been off for a long time. I should have realized that suicide bombing was done in love. What was I thinking? Their acts of kindness are so obvious.
Now I know that's not all Muslims. I'm not trying to lump them into one. I'm sure there are some kind Muslims. Likewise, to lump all Christians into one singular category of assumption is somewhat foolish. Some Christians are idiots, yet some are not. That's life. In every branch of life you have the fool, the simple, and the wise.

Christians do not condemn, no person has that power. Only God does. Some muslims show love and some show bombs. Scary when the Quran teaches that anyone who doesn't believe in their religion should be killed. Scarier still when they send children out with bombs strapped to their chests. Sad world.

because Muslims are different in every way for example Christians god is Jesus but in Islam Jesus is the second to the last prophet and Allah is god really there is no exact answer to that because muslims are very different.
