waterless shampoo. It comes in a spray bottle and you spray the top of your hair, it makes it less greasy (just like regular shampoo) but it keeps you from having to wash your hair every five minutes.

Actually what someone on the radio said to do was not wash your hair for like, at least four days. I know, gross! My hair gets oily pretty quick too, but I couldn't go four days without washing it. Basically if you wash your hair everyday you're getting rid of the natural oils and stuff, so it just comes back more quickly. So if you go for a while without washing and then wash less often, your hair shouldn't get as oily, and then you won't NEED to wash as often. The problem is, it's hard to stand greasy hair for that long!

when you condition DO NOT add any to the roots, only what you would have in a ponytail

also, keep a little jar of baby powder and add some to your hands and rub into your roots, YES THIS REALLY WORKS! i found this tip in a glamour magazine.

Try conditioner and shampoo for oily hair also. If you can afford it get salon quality, instead of grocery store brands.

Try tresamai(not sure on the spelling) it work great wash and dry your hair as normal . It help to keep your hair from getting oily and it doesn't dry it out either. My hair is extremely oily with very dry ends and it works great.

um you could take baby powder and sprinkle it lightly on your brush and brush your hair it will absorb the extra oil -

also make sure you use a shampoo made for oily hair and condition only the ends of your hair - not the roots -

you could also try running a dryer sheet over the roots of your hair - or spray a little hair spray on your brush - hairspray contains alchohol and alchohol dries out your hair - possibly some of the oil -
