Almost all toyota's recommend 5W30 motor oil. In terms of brand, if you do a 3K change interval, it typically doesn't matter.

Read the owner's manual on what type of oil is recommended for your location.

Well on my 06 4 cyl the oil cap says 5-20

you can use 87, 89, 91, 93, any are fine but toyota recomends 89 or above for emissions reasons

If it is a V6 then it takes 5W30 but if it is a 4cyl then it uses a sentetic 0W20. If you can't tell then look at thewriting on the oil cap, it will tell you.
