As long as you get enough sleep, it's not. I went to bed late too when I was pregnant, I just made sure to get at least 6 hours and take naps when I could. I had a job that was swing shifts. Some days I would work till 12 or 1am and then have to be back at 8am. I lived a half hour from work and didn't always get the sleep I need. This didn't complicate the pregnancy at all! BUT my daughter is not a sleeper still. She's up at 5:30 every morning. I don't know that this is because of my sleep patterns, but it could be.

You sleep from 1 to 3 am? That isn't enough. You do need extra sleep when your pregnant. But you shouldn't be sleeping more than 10 hours. It would be best to sleep 8 to 9 hours and maybe a nap during the afternoon.

I cant tell if youre getting a full compliment of sleep.. if you are sleeping 7 or more hours a day... I dont think that would be a problem for your baby..... he doesnt care what time it is... the baby WILL care however, if you do not get enough rest.... so take care of yourself!!!

are you pregnant now or have you already had the baby? Of you still pregnant, then no, just as long as you get some sleep, its fine. If you have a baby then some form of routine is good and a "normal" bedtime is better.

I dont believe so as long as you eat your breakfast and go back to sleep your child does need to eat as well...I used to be the same so I would wake up and go back to sleep again. I dont think it harms the baby but if you worried ask your doctor!
Good Luck and Congrats!

It doesn't sound good because babies like regularity an that doesn't sound like a stable routine.
also your body wasn't meant to be keeping those hours, and being kind of nocturnal like that can lead to a weakened immune system.
