Say you took a pill everday and you never aged again, but it was sort of expensive (but you could indeed afford it, but not many could), would you?

I think it would be great in theory, but lean towards no myself because I fear what the cost to humanity the development of such a treatment might be.

I don't want to live here forever. Humanity on a whole can be a drag....There is so much meaness, and fighting, who would want to be a part of that? And then would this be just the elite that could afford such a pill? Who wants that either? I will take the plain folks everyday!

Nope, rather have eternity with Jesus!

Yes, because nothing lives "forever."

Considering the lifespan of a company, and the instability of governments in general, I'd say you'd get a few centuries of extra life. What's wrong with that? Should you choose to die early because some people don't have access to the same care? That would be ludicrous today, and 5,000 people still die of hunger daily.

But life is temporary. Barring accidents, the universe as we know it will not be able to support life forever. The oceans, I've heard from Discover, will have evaporated after 50 million years, and our sun will become a red giant in about 5 billion.

With technology, you could potentially reap billions of years of living, but you'd still die, in the end. And some scientists believe that black holes will dominate everything, with no more visible light. What's the beauty in a universe without stars? Or life as we know it?

Make the best of today, because life is short and eternity is beyond comprehension.

Ahh, the Fountain of Youth... if you managed to get your hands on some, you could certainly become very powerful over time. But really, who wants to live forever? Everyone you know would die eventually, you could make new friends but they too would eventually pass on. It would be very depressing.

Ever watch Highlander? The "elites" that can afford the pill could hunt each other down and cut each others heads off! That would be kind of cool! Like it's part of the contract you sign when you get your prescription.

I would take it just long enough so I knew I made an impact on this world...........It might be a bad mistake though to make such a pill.

This is a plot line in many sci fi books. Is imortality all it's cracked up to be? I don't think so. once you started, when would you stop? could you stop? eventually you would want to stop. We live as long as we do for a reason. Our minds cannot deal with imortality. There has to be an end so there can be a begining.

If I could Live forever? If I could, I will live forever: No ifs, ands, or buts about this true fact.

And I am not the only one who will live forever. Want to know more? I will be happy to share this good news with you.

You don't need a pill or treatment.

All you need to do is to learn to know God and his Son (John 17:3), excercise a living faith (John 3:16), do God's will (Matthew 7:21; 1 John 2:17), and obey. (Hebrews 5:9)

Hell yeah. Think what a genius like me could do for humanity if given a couple lifetimes to work.

No I wouldn't take it. I wouldn't take it just because I don't think I could handle watching every single person that I knew and loved die.
