it's not good to eat two types of meat at one time. It's difficult for the stomach to produce the acids to break down the food when it's mixed together like that. This can lead to indigestion and other stomach problems. Always use digestive enzymes with every meal. You will find you get more from your food and vitamins when you take enzymes. Without enzymes the body cannot break down what is put into it.

Yes, there is no harm in eating two types of meat at one time, provided they are both fresh and both cooked appropriately.

It has no ill effects on your health.

Of course. It won't cause you to explode or anything. At our traditional German Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners, there is always more than one kind of meat. If we didn't, our relatives would think we lay a stingy table. It's usually ham, beef, and chicken. None of us ever died, and we don't have high cholesterol either. It's Ok.

it is your body so that you do what you imagine is ideal. in case you pick to devour meat once a month then no you'll allow you to recognize no, its all of your decision. Now, you heavily isn't seen a vegetarian because you're eating meat, yet it is your decision. do purely what you imagine is ideal and what you imagine is sweet for you. ignore the others.
