You're just probably stressed and that's the reason for your hair loss. Have you been stressing about anything? How long has this been going on for?

First of all try not to worry about it. I'm going through the same thing and have been diagnosed with alopcia areata supposedly caused by stress and I've noticed that the more I stress about it the worse it gets. The best thing to do would be to go and see your doctor-dont be embarassed-and they can put you in touch with a hair specialist and give you a diagnosis. If it's just thinning out all over try the following:
Letting your hair dry naturally, deep conditioning treatments, massage, excersie and eating healthily, reducing the chemicals used on your hair or Nourkrin tablets, available over the internet (just type it in a search engine and its bound to come up on many sites) Its a little expensive, but if its having an effect on your confidence its probably worth it. Don't worry though as this is very common and happens to A LOT of people!
However if its patches of hair loss it could be alopecia areata and you can get steroid creme prescribed for you. Don't go worrying about it though as again, this is very common. Good luck with everything & although it is a distressing time, you'll come out a stronger person.
Hope I've helped!

Well, if you are a male there are many differrent things you can do. In my case I dealt with it the old fashion way, nothing. I have cut my hair a little shorter so I doesn't look too obvious. I think it all depends on what kind of person you are. I'm happy and confident in myself, so when my hair started falling out, I said "O well, big deal, it's only hair". Hair doesn't make the person, you make it! I hope this helps. Dono.

Make sure your getting the proper nutrition (vitamins) because blood feeds the hair follicle. Also, do a baking soda rinse 2x monthly to get rid of any shampoo, conditioner, or oily build-up from scalp. Wash hair, rinse, make a mixture of 1 quart warm water and 1/2 cup baking soda and pour on head--gently massaging scalp as you do it--rinse and conditioner the ends of your hair only. Nightly scalp massages will also stimulate blow flow to the scalp.

Are you a guy or girl?
It could be from a variety of things- natural hair loss (Male Pattern Baldness), dying your hair, or just extreme stress. All of these things will cause your hair to fall out.
