or the ever-boring answer, Neutral?
(which i hope can be explained more than that, too play-it-safe)

Okay. I have always found it presumptuous to impose on "God" the little concepts of humans. No disrespect intended. But whether the "religious" God, or the "coregod," (energy, equally in everything & everyone), I wonder how it would be possible to say God is logical, OR emotional, or both? If one or the other view "comforts" some, it's really none of my business. Yet! How could such an opinion have any logic to it? Wouldn't that opinion be emotional? Then how could "logic" apply to God? There is no way to "play it safe" here. I suspect you'll get an abundance of conflicting views. The only thing of value to YOU is how you feel.

If there is truly a God, i would vouch for logical. Everything in the world follows a pattern, a logical pattern which is why subjects like mathematics and science cropped up. According to different religious books, God does appear to be emotional too as there are serious consequences for things like leaving the religion and worshipping another God etc. It really depends on your personal definition of God and your religion.
God has always been an interesting concept, more like an enigma to the modern world as more individuals are searching for their *type* of God. Some people like to frame God in their own special way like how scientists tried defining Spinoza's God; If God were emotional though, it would be pretty strange as emotions can get in the way of being an all powerful deity!! So it's really up to each individual or religion that portrays God in each distinct manner although scientists would be inclined to vouch for a logical God.

Love is seen as an emotion by our finite human minds. So, for this reason, people see God as emotional. But the love showed by God is not a mere emotion so this question is more difficult then first glance would lead me to believe.
Wonderful, Counselor, mighty, King of Kings, Prince of Peace, Alpha and Omega, The Great I Am!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess my answer would be that God is logical, because He is. But there's SO MUCH more to it then that.
His logic isn't unattached which is kind of what that word means, but His love and omniscience isn't based in emotion either.

Really He's emotional. There are a lot of aspects about God that defy logic.

God, Himself is dominated by logic.
Actually, He is dominated by a love of righteousness and justice, though not to the extreme.
However, He does have emotions ...He is simply not governed by them.
Please note the comment at Psalm 78:41, about the Israelites constantly going astray:
"Again and again they would put God to the test, And they pained even the Holy One of Israel."

God is emotional.individual's soul is connected to all including God.without emotions both in God and in us, there could be no communication.[between heaven and earth] God would have been unable to hold any interactions with humanity without the emotions and affection of humankind.

Infinitely emotional.

Creation is highly emotional. There's always emotion behind everything, we recognize it as Beauty: The living force within everything; which lives in the palace of Peace.

Good luck!

God covers all...so how you percept the concept depends from you....

I accept it as logical and emotional.

In practise...emotional people believe in god...and logic people say that there is no god.

Define god before this question.

I will say god is ourself, our lives, our ultimate truth.
The characteristic of a god depends on ourself, our lives, our ultimate truth.
I will say God is logical, emotional, and neutral.
God isnt get to have one characteristic. As if humans, god has combination of characteristics.

If I had to pick one I would say emotional, but both seems like the better choice.

God is all knowing, yet all loving
