They're the jobs that will get you deported in a second when they find you. But delivering furniture in Chicago doesn't seem to need a green card or SSN, and I'm not sure all babysitters have proper paperwork, either. Come to think of it, I'm not even sure my lawn guy is here legally, either. But he does such a good job with the thistles and dandelions...

I think you're asking about where you can get work without an SS number, right?
Well, the only kind of jobs you're going to get without an SS # are either illegal jobs or "cash under the table" jobs where an employer pays you cash and doesn't report you an an employee. I think restaurants and some labor jobs (like housekeeping, construction, etc.) do that.

every body could work without social security depending on the type of work that you may wish to have.....whether it be self employed or overseas....
