This is a shortcut recipe but it is so yummy and nobody knows!

But a dry pack of chocolate chip cookie mix. Prepare as instructed. I generally use Betty Crocker. Then smear it on the bottom of a brownie pan (the square one). Top it with the premade Philadelphia cheesecake mix. If your grocer doesn't sell this there are plenty of recipes for cheesecake recipes on the net. Make sure you half the recipe though. Cook it on 375 for about 25 minutes. Just check it after about 20 minutes. Just jiggle the pan a little, if it doesn't jiggle too much it's done. Let it cool for almost three hours on the counter. It's delicious as is, but you can do more.

I have added chocolate chips to the cheesecake mixture, but the best is to make a chocolate sauce to to on top.

Take a whole bag of semi-sweet chips and 1 cup of heavy cream. Heat both of them in the mic on medium for 2 minutes. Take it out and mix. Then put it back in on 30 second intervals until the chocolate is smoothe. Let the chocolate cool down. When it is still pourable, it will still be warm, top the cookies with them.

Cut the cookies into brownie size squares.

Bar cookies can actually be made from the same dough as drop cookies, such as Tollhouse, and baked longer. For cut out cookies, think Sugar. And for the others, you might want to go online to the Pillsbury Bake-Off Site.
